Turning off renewal

You can switch off auto-renew at any time from Account → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

After a plan ends

When a plan expires there is a short grace period. After that, access may become restricted (for example read-only) until you renew. Your data on your device is never deleted by us.

Closing your account

You can request account deletion from Account → Profile & security. Our team will process the request and confirm by email.
