Using the service
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees and include GST. A plan is active for the period shown at purchase. Renewals extend the period from the current expiry date.
Free trial
New accounts may receive a free trial. A trial can be used once per account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data and backups
Your accounting data is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups; the app helps you create and restore them.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but may occasionally perform maintenance. We may update features from time to time.
Liability
The app is a bookkeeping aid and does not replace professional accounting or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current subscription period.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
