Overview
This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and mobile app, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, mobile number, username and an encrypted password.
- Billing details: billing name, address, state and GSTIN, used to issue subscription invoices.
- Company profile: the business name, GSTIN and state you enter, so we can enforce plan limits.
- Usage information: sign-in history, device/browser type and IP address, for security.
- Backup metadata: when a backup was made and its size. We do not receive the contents of your accounting data.
Your accounting data
Transactions, parties, stock and other accounting records are stored on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share a file with us for support.
Payments
Card, UPI and net-banking details are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use information
To provide and secure the service, process payments, send receipts and reminders, answer support requests and improve the product.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (payment gateway, email delivery) and where the law requires.
Your choices
You can update your details in your account, request deletion of your account from the Profile page, and opt out of non-essential emails.
