What is this app?
It is a mobile accounting and GST billing app for small businesses: invoices, stock, parties, payments and reports.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your books are stored on your phone, so you can bill and record entries offline. An internet connection is needed for sign-in, subscription checks and payments.
Billing
How does the free trial work?
New accounts get a free trial with no card required. It can be used once per account.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices shown on the plans include GST. Your invoice shows the taxable amount and the GST split.
Can I get a GST invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Add your GSTIN and billing address in Profile & security and every payment generates a GST invoice you can print or save as PDF.
How do I cancel or stop auto-renew?
Open Account → Subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your plan stays active until the period you paid for ends.

Does the app calculate CGST, SGST and IGST?
Yes. Same-state supplies get CGST + SGST and inter-state supplies get IGST, based on your company and party state.
Can I record GST that I paid to the government?
Yes. In GST Summary use Record GST Payment and pick Cash or a bank account; the amount is deducted from that balance.
Data & Security
Where is my accounting data stored?
On your device. We only store your account, subscription and billing details.
How do I back up my data?
In the app go to Settings → Backup & Restore. Keep a copy somewhere safe such as Drive or email.
What if I forget my app PIN?
Tap “Forgot PIN?” on the lock screen. You will be logged out and the lock removed; your data stays on the device.
